2. About the project

Beatmap designed and produced the 3D virtual tour of the Alto Andino project in Santiago Chile. The main challenge for this video was to separate this project from multiple projects also sold in the same neighborhood. Once our team analyzed the configuration of the project, we decided to tell a story where the light and the interior garden of the project were the protagonists.

The Douglass Condominiums is a 38 unit luxury condominium building with 6,100 square feet of commercial space, located in the “SOHA” section of Harlem,

The Douglass Condominiums were completed in 2010. The 3D video and 3D renderings were used for marketing and sales prior to the completion of the project.

3. About the project

Beatmap produced and developed the 3D architectural visualization of Real Esmeralda 2, a new planned community in Bosque Esmeralda, outside of Mexico City.

The virtual tour follows the arrival of a car through the security gates, interior streets and to the driveway of one of the homes. We then enter the home and highlight its interior spaces and the backyard. The video allowed the developer to begin marketing and selling the homes in the project before the model unit was completed.

In addition to developing the concept and developing the video we handled the décor for all the interior spaces.
