3. About the project

Alto Plaza Bulnes is a project located in the historic center of Santiago de Chile a few blocks from “La Moneda”, Chile’s presidential palace. In conjunction with the client, our team decided to develop a proposal that highlighted the prime location as well as the distinguishing characteristics of the building. The result is a video that begins with a camera right at the presidential palace and travels towards the project showing the surrounding architecture and ends with a detailed fly-through of the project’s features.

3. About the project

Santa Maria Forestal is a project characterized by its location in Santiago’s historic old quarter, south of the city and with a unique view to the Andes Mountains. For this project, Beatmap shot the panoramic photography to be included in the animation and renderings as backgrounds.

Our client requested the fly-through to show various spaces within the building. For the video, our team created a proposal in which the camera zooms into computer screens, photographs, etc., to transition from one area to the another. This innovative solution helped create an appealing fly-through in a shorter production time than a comparable video without these effects.
