3. About the project

Stella is a new luxury mid-rise apartment community in Marina del Rey, CA. Farm in San Diego reach out to Beatmap to partner in the development of a 3D fly-through and renderings for this property.

The virtual tour takes the viewer through various areas of the building, bringing to life the vision of the architect and developer for this project. In addition, the incorporation of moving people inhabiting the space helps to give a constant feeling of movement and life during the tour.

Due to the short development time we had for this project, the quick communication with the client was essential so that our client could see advances as many times as possible. This active feedback loop of information allows us to deal with corrections quickly and effectively to deliver not only an alluring movie but also 3D models that are correct to the architects and interior designer specs.

The resulting 3D animation and renderings were used in the project’s sales center, website and brochures, enabling our client to use it in sales to prospective clients before having a building or model unit to show them.

Beatmap created this 3D rendering of the “The Bradford” project in Brooklyn, NY.

The camera of a pedestrian across from the building provides a point of view that the viewer can easily relate to and understand. This allows the viewer to focus on the architecture and location.

This type of 3D rendering helps with pre-sales and marketing, as it can easily be available far ahead of the completion of the construction of project.

3. About the project

The NoMa Business Improvement District (BID) was created to support the emergence of one of Washington DC’s newest and most exciting mixed-use neighborhoods. Over 20 million square feet of new development is planned for the area over the next 15 years.

Beatmap and Macy + Associates joined forces to create a photorealistic 3D visualization of the new NoMa neighborhood. From Macy’s storyboard, Beatmap gave life to the neighborhood. The challenge was to create our models without the access to architectural plans, as most buildings designs were not completed at the time. We created our models from renderings, drawings, and other images of the buildings provided by the multiple developers invested in this project. Beatmap also designed the hardscape of the neighborhood and the music for the project.

The final video and renderings were used to market the project to the city, investors, developers and possible tenants, by allowing them to see how their vision might look like more than 15 years in the future.

3. About the project

Beatmap produced and developed the 3D architectural visualization of Real Esmeralda 2, a new planned community in Bosque Esmeralda, outside of Mexico City.

The virtual tour follows the arrival of a car through the security gates, interior streets and to the driveway of one of the homes. We then enter the home and highlight its interior spaces and the backyard. The video allowed the developer to begin marketing and selling the homes in the project before the model unit was completed.

In addition to developing the concept and developing the video we handled the décor for all the interior spaces.
