As is customary during the construction of a real estate project, our client is seeking to highlight those most relevant and competitive aspects of her project to begin sales as early as possible. Our client sought Beatmap to develop two 3D renderings in high resolution for use in printed brochures, website and in sales room posters.

Polaris Group, a real estate sales, marketing and consulting firm based in San Francisco, asked Beatmap to design and develop a website for 855 Croft, a residential community adjacent to West Hollywood (LA).

Beatmap developed the website in WordPress, to shorten the development time and allow the client to make updates easily thtough the integrated content management system (CMS)

The Douglass Condominiums is a 38 unit luxury condominium building with 6,100 square feet of commercial space, located in the “SOHA” section of Harlem,

The Douglass Condominiums were completed in 2010. The 3D video and 3D renderings were used for marketing and sales prior to the completion of the project.
